Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Kelvin's offensive cybersecurity practice spans more than a decade. His cybersecurity journey began in his secondary school years as a Student Research Assistant conducting offensive cybersecurity research at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He later moved into senior cybersecurity consulting at Deloitte and NTT, before founding Next Security.

Throughout his career, Kelvin has earned more than thirty professional certifications across cybersecurity, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. In 2025, the Hong Kong Police Force named him in the Cyber Security Professional Awards for his expertise, professional experience, and contribution to Hong Kong's cybersecurity landscape.
